The Brisbane based Artist with curly red hair and glasses standing among four tropical-themed paintings, which feature a toucan, a beach scene, and a plant, in an indoor setting.

I’m an Australian artist now based in Brisbane after many years abroad.

These travels have afforded many opportunities in which to engage my artistic skill and enrich my personal experience as reflected in my spirited paintings.

My work consists of bold brush strokes and palette knife applications on stretched canvas.  It is inspired by the charming people and places, the vibrant cultures and memorable encounters experienced living in diverse parts of our amazing planet … and paint-worthy moments I come across in everyday life.

Although I love oils and watercolour, acrylic is my medium of choice as it allows me to go mobile with my setup and get absorbed in the process wherever I find my spark of inspiration.

I have left a trail of artwork around the globe held in private collections in Brazil (Sao Paulo), Sri Lanka (Colombo), Australia (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne), United States (Texas), Ethiopia (Addis Ababa), Central African Republic (Bangui), South Sudan (Juba), Papua New Guinea (Port Moresby, Wewak).
