Frequently asked questions.
How can I pay for my artwork?
Payments can be made via Paypal, Apple Pay, Visa Card, Mastercard, Amex and JCP.
How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?
Approximately 10 business days. All deliveries must be signed for so please supply a delivery address that will be attended by you or someone you trust.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, you can. There will be that option during the check-out process.
How do I check my Order Status?
We will email you to let you know your order has been dispatched. This email will include tracking information.
What should I do if my artwork is damaged when it arrives?
As all artwork must be signed for, it's important that you notify the courier delivering the work that there is a problem and ensure that he makes a note in his system. You can accept the parcel once he has made this note. Then we ask that you take as many photos as you need of the damage to both the packaging and the product so we can use these images when claiming from the courier. Finally, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package and give us all the details so we can arrange a replacement for you and make our claim from the courier.
How do I care for my new original artwork?
The best way to dust an original acrylic painting or stretched canvas fine art reproduction is with a dry soft sable brush to lightly brush the surface in order to dislodge dust while holding a vacuum, off the surface, to capture and remove debris. Alternatively, a very lightly water misted fine microfiber cloth can be used. Do not use pressure which may cause the canvas to stretch.
Textured rag paper fine art reproductions are best protected behind glass.
How are Giclee Fine Art Reproductions superior to prints?
Giclée (pronounced zhee'clay) is an art print made with an ink jet printer using the highest archival-quality inks and surfaces. The word comes from French, meaning to spray, which is exactly what an ink jet printer does. The quality of a Giclée reproduction is far superior to all other forms of reproduction printing, using archival inks and media (paper or canvas) ensuring you have a product that will last as long as possible.
