Shipping within Australia

  • Items listed on the site are free to ship within Australia. We use Australia Post and various couriers. All deliveries will require a signature.  

  • If there is no-one to sign for your parcel, it will then be taken to a courier depot or Australia Post outlet and you will receive a card with details of your collection point.

  • An email will be sent to update your shipping status once dispatched. Tracking information will be included. The purchaser holds responsibility for tracking the shipment.

  • Failure to collect your shipment from a designated outlet may result in your parcel being returned to us. In which case, it is the financial responsibility of the purchaser to arrange shipping for the item.

  • Delivery times within Australia will vary depending on your location. All orders are dispatched within 10 business days.

  • We can’t guarantee your parcel will arrive within a set time period on a given day. 

Shipping Overseas

  • We are able to ship rolled fine art reproductions in paper and canvas. Please contact us at info@dgartworx.com.au for a quotation. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship stretched canvases or original artworks outside of Australia.

  • Once your order for rolled fine art reproductions has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to you.  The purchaser holds responsibility for tracking the shipment.

  • All deliveries must be signed for.

  • We cannot be held financially responsible for any additional local customs and duties on your order. See links in the Terms and Conditions page for sites that may be of assistance to determine customs and duties.

  • If an order is refused by a destination country, by no fault of our own, we hold no financial responsibility for any additional shipping expenses or costs incurred as a result. 

Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

  • Please choose carefully when placing an order. The original paintings and fine art reproductions are quality items packed with great care. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind once the order is processed.

  • Refunds or exchanges may be granted for Fine Art Reproductions if the package is damaged in transit provided the following steps are followed:

    • Ask the delivery person to make a note on the system of the damage to the package and take photos. After this you can accept the package.

    • Inform DG Art Work within 24 hours of the delivery. Please send photos to info@dgartworx.com.au. We will be unable to consider the request outside of this 24 hour timeframe.

    • If the artwork sustains damage as a result of mishandling during transit, please take photos and send to info@dgartworx.com.au so that we can arrange rectification.

  • Fine art reproductions are hand made to order. If a change needs to be made to an order, please contact info@dgartworx.com.au within an hour of submittal, and we can see what we can do.

  • Return to sender charges are not the responsibility of DG Art Worx.

  • All rolled canvases and textured cotton rag paper reproductions are handled with the utmost care when being placed into the industrial tubes or packaging. Your print is very delicate and should be removed from the packaging very carefully. Any creases or imperfections are not the responsibility of DG Art Worx. If concerned, allow your professional framer to remove the artwork.

  • If DG Art Worx agrees to allow a return, the return item will remain property of the purchaser until received by DG Art Worx, so please ensure the item is returned in appropriate packaging.

  • Return items damaged in transit back to us are not the responsibility of DG Art Worx, and the cost of shipping a return will not be credited.
